ATI's standard business hours are Monday-Friday, between 8 AM - 5 PM.
Our office is located at 315 Sigma Drive, Summerville, SC 29486. Flexible work hours may be available once fully trained.

Essential Functions

Assists Senior Project Managers with planning and execution of customer programs.
Review invoices for accuracy and appropriateness.

Develops sufficient program knowledge to effectively interface with team members and clients, with little oversight.
Reviews customer Statements of Work for accuracy and completeness and updates Program/Project Managers frequently.
Reviews invoices for accuracy and appropriateness, investigates and resolves any conflicts so that the administrative processes can be supported.
Performs data entry of programmatic details.
Maintains project schedule.
Collects and consolidates technical reports from subcontractors, and drafts progress reports for review by the Program Manager.
Reviews the content of program website, brochures, posters, and newsletters, and advises program team members of needed updates and maintenance.
Identify and assess potential contracting and financial risks on an on-going basis and reports to the Program Manager.
Reviews Project Status Reports (PSR’s) for accuracy, and consistency with team member reports.
Drafts meeting minutes and distributes the approved minutes.

Additional Responsibilities

Assists with the development of the content of project proposals, technical reports and white papers as needed.
Assists with the execution of technology transfer from projects as assigned. 
Performs other duties as assigned.


Bachelor’s degree and four or more years related experience, or two years of observed, proven, directly relevant experience at ATI; Master’s Degree and one or more years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.  
Minimum of two or more years’ experience working in a program support role.
Exceptional computer skills, including MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; Access, MS Project, and MS Windows environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing. 
Demonstrated experience and skill in writing technical reports and articles, editing and formatting documents, and finalizing preparation of presentation materials.
Experience of education in industrial business operations or corporate communications.
Experience working as a member of a team of people engaged in tasks requiring teamwork and adherence to schedules.
Ability to travel at company discretion.
