ATI's standard business hours are Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. Our office is located at 315 Sigma Drive, Summerville, SC 29486.  

Essential Functions
Perform as direct support for the Sr. VP of Contracts and Procurement and assists in the management of the contracts department.

Interfaces and provides oversight and guidance to the ATI Contracts and Procurement department and ATI Division leads on current contractual issues involved with all ATI programs.

Assist in directing, and supervising the overall planning, development and implementation of strategies to ensure that all contractual support functions are performed optimally. 

Responsible for ensuring compliance of all contractual terms and conditions.

Analyzes significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations and corporate policies and procedures.

Analyzes new laws and contract trends for potential impact to ATI goals and objectives.

Leads negotiations with customers, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors on contractual matters. Ability to draft moderate to complex, non-routine contractual instruments.

Serve as the Contracts and Procurement department lead for all ATI contracts related Government audits and CPSR reviews.

Works with Program Management Office (PMO) to develop and implement processes for a high performance organization, relying on change management principles to achieve superior performance.

Responsible for the development and supervision of the contract and subcontract team members. 


Oversee contracts managers and their direct reports in the execution of prime contracts/agreements and project agreements/subcontracts.

Support and participate in the evaluation of new business and market opportunities

Qualifications

Qualifications

PH.D and 2 years of experience or a Masters and 6 years of experience or Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience within business related field. 

Minimum of twelve years job related experience in government contracting, or equivalent.

Intense knowledge of government procurement regulations including FAR, DFARS and DCAA requirements, and ability to identify required improvement to established policies and procedures.

Exceptional demonstrated negotiation skills.

Effective management skills.

Ability to deal with deadlines and multiple, competing priorities.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.  

Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, and organize and prioritize tasks according to shifting demands on time and resources.

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
