Serves as a key member of the contracts team in direct support of company goals and objectives. Negotiate and administer subcontracts associated with company programs and effectively manage the related procurement of goods and services. Primary job duties require exercising discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance to the business.

ATI's standard business hours are Monday-Friday, between 8 AM - 5 PM. Our office is located at 315 Sigma Drive, Summerville, SC 29486. 


Essential Functions

Assists with the  administration, negotiation and monitoring of various types of subcontracts, i.e. level of effort cost reimbursement type contracts (CPFF, CPAF, etc.); time and materials (T&M); indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ); firm fixed price (FFP); and Agreements issued under Other Transactions.

Conducts required negotiations for all types of subcontractual actions, including new modifications and related subcontract requirements.

Prepares requests for proposals, teaming agreements, amendments, and other related documents.

Monitors and analyzes program spending, in addition to subcontract funding requirements and spending, including the review of monthly invoices and handling of any invoicing issues.

Performs cost and price analysis of proposals.

Prepares subcontract and contracts close-out documentation.

Coordinates and communicates with internal and external personnel at various levels to get required results.

Maintains subcontract and purchase order files, as well as other contractual records.


Additional Responsibilities

Provides assistance, as required, to the Sr. Contracts Manager.

Performs other office duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree plus two or more year's of work experience; Associates degree and four or more year’s of work experience; or High School completion and ten or more years of work experience.

One year or 6 months in government procurement and/or subcontracts is preferred.

Exceptional computer skills, with an emphasis on the Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, with co-workers and team members.

Experience working as a team member engaged in tasks requiring teamwork and performance to schedules.

Ability to serve external and internal customers and prioritize these responsibilities, in order to meet deadlines.

Ability to travel at company discretion.

Must successfully pass a background to access sensitive information and automated systems.

Individual must meet the definition of a U.S. Person upon hire due to the risk assessment of this position.
